The bottle showed up wet, and the cap was cracked, so it had leaked inside the box. I’m frustrated because this feels like such a basic thing to get right, just making sure the cap is secure and the item arrives intact.

The site was easy enough to navigate, and I found what I needed without any trouble. Checkout took me a minute to figure out, but nothing major, it went through fine in the end.

I’m just not that happy with it. For what I paid, I really expected it to be better, but the whole thing was kind of a letdown. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I ordered from priveproducts.com, and honestly... it was fine!! Nothing really wrong with it, the item showed up in good condition, and it pretty much looked like what I was expecting.

For the price though, I’m not totally convinced it’s the best deal??? It works and all, but I feel like I’ve seen similar stuff for a bit cheaper elsewhere, so that part made me hesitate a little.

Overall, not bad, but not something that blew me away either!! I might buy again if there’s a sale or a decent discount, but probably not at full price...

I ordered a fragrance from Prive Products i do like the smell. It’s clean, fresh, and not overpowering, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I will say though, after I paid, I felt a bit unsure because I didn’t immediately feel super confident about the order process and started wondering if everything was going to be fine. It did arrive, so that was a relief. The only real downside is the scent fades quicker than I expected, so I end up spraying it again later in the day. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

I’d only use this if your checkout actually went smoothly, because mine really didn’t. I put in my payment info, the page froze for a bit, and then it kicked me right back to the cart like nothing happened...

I emailed customer service twice and still haven’t heard anything back. They make it sound like they’ll get back to you soon, but that kind of vague promise doesn’t mean much when no one actually replies.

I checked a few other sites first, and the prices here seemed reasonable. Not, like, unbelievably cheap or anything, but fair enough that I felt okay ordering. The checkout total was what I expected too, which was nice. I’d probably buy from them again
